Payment transaction records: deposits, Order charges, Account Credit and related references from payment providers.

Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, and activity logs needed to run and secure the service.

Support communications: messages you send by email, Telegram or the on-site support chat.

3. How we use information

To create and run your account; process deposits and Orders; keep your transaction history; provide the API; answer support requests; prevent fraud and abuse; keep the service secure; and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where it is required (for example, for marketing messages).
