Terms of Service

1. Introduction and acceptance

By creating an account, adding funds or placing an Order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VIRALEAP.

In these Terms, "VIRALEAP", "we" and "us" mean VIRALEAP LTD; "you" means the person or business using the service.

2. About VIRALEAP LTD

VIRALEAP is the customer-facing brand of VIRALEAP LTD, which operates the website at https://viraleap.com.

Company registration details will be published on this page.

3. Eligibility and account registration

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account. If you use VIRALEAP for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.

You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.

4. Account security and your responsibilities

Keep your sign-in details and API keys confidential. Activity on your account, including Orders placed through the API, is treated as yours.

Tell us promptly at info@viraleap.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We never ask for the password of any social media account. Orders only need a public link.

5. Description of SMM services

VIRALEAP provides social media marketing (SMM) services, such as followers, likes, views, comments and similar engagement, delivered to the public link you submit.

Each Service has its own description in the catalog. That description defines what is being purchased.

6. Service catalog and availability

Services, descriptions and prices may change, be paused or be withdrawn at any time. Services marked as planned are not available to order.

Changes do not affect Orders already confirmed, except where a Service cannot be delivered, in which case the Refund Policy applies.

7. Third-party social media platforms

VIRALEAP is an independent SMM service provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram or any other third-party platform. Platform names are used only to describe compatibility.

Each platform applies its own terms, policies and restrictions and may change its features, counters or enforcement at any time. Platforms may remove engagement or take action on accounts. We cannot promise that using a Service will not affect your social media account, and you are responsible for deciding whether a Service is appropriate under that platform's rules.

8. Your responsibility for submitted links

You must submit an accurate, public link to content you own or are authorised to promote, and keep it public and unchanged until the Order completes.

Private, deleted, changed or incorrect links can prevent or reduce delivery. See the Refund Policy for how this affects Account Credit.

9. Account Balance and deposits

Orders are paid from your Account Balance. Funds you deposit are intended for purchasing Services on VIRALEAP, and unused balance remains available for future Orders.

Deposited funds cannot ordinarily be withdrawn to your original payment method simply because you decide not to use them. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights or payment regulations, and confirmed payment errors are handled under the Refund Policy.

VIRALEAP may also offer Promotional Credits. They are tracked separately from deposited funds, may be used only for eligible Services, are not withdrawable as cash, are not refundable to a payment method and do not represent deposited funds. Any promotion-specific conditions, including an expiry date if one applies, are disclosed when the credit is issued.

10. Pricing and payment processing

The price for the selected Service and quantity is shown before you confirm an Order. Deposits are processed by third-party payment providers, whose own terms may also apply.

Every deposit and Order charge is recorded in your transaction history.

11. Order submission and confirmation

An Order is placed when you confirm it in the dashboard or through the API, and the price is then deducted from your Account Balance.

Please check the Service, link and quantity before confirming.

12. Order processing and delivery estimates

Each Order shows its status, start count and remaining quantity in your dashboard.

Any start or delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Processing can be affected by platform changes, demand and the state of the submitted link.

13. Service limitations and fluctuations

Counts on third-party platforms can rise or fall for reasons outside our control, including platform clean-ups and changes to your content.

VIRALEAP does not promise permanent followers, likes, views or engagement, account growth, reach, monetisation or any business result. Services are not described as organic or as provided by real users unless a Service description states so.

14. Refill eligibility

Some Services include refill protection. Whether a Service is refill-eligible, and for how long, is set out only in that Service's description. Services without refill protection are not refill-eligible.

15. Cancellation and refunds

Orders that are already processing cannot ordinarily be cancelled on request. Cancellation before processing may be considered where technically possible but is not guaranteed.

Failed and partially delivered Orders are credited to your Account Balance as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

16. Reseller and API usage

You may resell Services or use the API, subject to these Terms. You remain responsible for every Order placed through your account or API key, and for your own customers' compliance with platform rules.

We may rate-limit or suspend API access that harms the service or breaks these Terms.

17. Prohibited activities

You must not use VIRALEAP to promote unlawful, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative or infringing content; to target content you are not authorised to promote; to commit fraud or money laundering; to use stolen payment methods; or to interfere with, attack or reverse engineer the service.

18. Intellectual property

The VIRALEAP name, logo, website, software and content belong to VIRALEAP LTD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Your content remains yours.

19. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, presents a fraud or security risk, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

You may permanently delete your account. If it has a remaining Account Balance, you will be shown that balance and warned before you confirm that deletion is irreversible and that the balance, including deposited funds and Promotional Credits, will be permanently forfeited and cannot be restored. Deletion only proceeds after you explicitly confirm this.

Mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law are not affected. See the Refund Policy for details.

20. Service interruptions

We aim to keep VIRALEAP available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages or platform changes may cause interruptions or delays.

21. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided as described in the catalog. To the extent permitted by law, VIRALEAP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts or content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

22. Applicable consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the law that applies to you. Nothing in these Terms or in the Refund Policy removes or restricts those rights.

23. Disputes and complaints

Please contact info@viraleap.com first so we can try to resolve any complaint. You keep any right to raise a dispute with your payment provider or to use other remedies available under applicable law.

The governing law and jurisdiction will be stated on this page.

24. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, and material changes will be communicated where reasonable. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
