This Disclaimer explains the limits of the VIRALEAP Services and the risks of using them. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, which govern your use of the Platform.

1. Nature of the Services

VIRALEAP offers digital social media marketing services, such as followers, likes, views and comments, delivered to public links you provide. What each Service includes is set out only in its catalog description. Descriptions, estimates and examples on the Platform are for information and are not promises of a particular result.

2. No guaranteed results

We do not promise that any Service will make content go viral, increase reach or organic engagement, generate sales, leads or revenue, or qualify an account for monetisation, verification or any platform programme. Any business decision you make based on the Services is your own.

3. No affiliation and trademarks

VIRALEAP and BH VENTURES LIMITED are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram, Spotify or any other platform. Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe which content a Service relates to.

4. Third-party platform rules

Social media platforms set their own terms, and some restrict paid or artificial engagement. Using a Service may conflict with a platform's rules. A platform may remove engagement, limit visibility, or restrict, suspend or remove content or accounts. You are responsible for checking a platform's rules before ordering.

5. Changes and drops

Delivered counts may change or fall over time because of platform clean-ups, policy changes or changes to your content. Refills are available only where a Service's description includes them, as described in the Refund Policy.

6. No guarantee of account safety

We never ask for your social media passwords, but we cannot guarantee that using a Service will not affect your account. Any action a platform takes on your account is outside our control.

7. Supplier and technical dependencies

Some Services are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and depend on platforms, networks and payment providers outside our control. Their availability, speed and quality may change, and Services may be delayed, paused or withdrawn as a result. Features such as deposits, ordering, refills and refunds may also be paused or not yet enabled at a given time.

8. Resellers

If you buy Services from a reseller rather than directly from VIRALEAP, the reseller sets its own prices and terms and is responsible to you. VIRALEAP does not make the promises a reseller makes beyond the Service descriptions in our catalog.

9. External links

The Platform may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

10. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the information on the Platform accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Blog articles and guides are general information, not legal, financial or professional advice.

11. Limits subject to law

These limits apply to the extent permitted by law. They do not exclude or restrict any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Our full obligations are set out in the Terms of Service, and refunds and Account Credit are handled under the Refund Policy.
